1. Customers

Joleena Home & Beauty supplies goods to both business and retail customers unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is suspected.


2. Contract Formation

All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase goods.

A legally binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the goods.

Order confirmation emails are for acknowledgment purposes only and do not constitute acceptance.


3. Resale & Retail Responsibility (if applicable)

Where customers purchase goods for resale:

  • The customer acts as the retailer of record
  • Any contract for resale is between the customer and their end customer
  • Joleena Home & Beauty is not a party to that contract

Resellers are responsible for:

  • Compliance with applicable consumer laws
  • Accurate product listings and descriptions
  • Customer service and communication
  • Handling returns, refunds, and disputes

4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

However, variations may occur due to:

  • Handmade or natural materials
  • Manufacturing differences
  • Lighting or display settings

All images are for illustrative purposes only.


5. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)
  • VAT is included unless otherwise stated
  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to dispatch.


6. Payment

Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment methods available at checkout, which may include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (subject to eligibility and availability)

All payments are processed securely via trusted payment providers.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment is unsuccessful or declined.


7. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs processes
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

8. Returns & Claims

Returns and claims are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Customers must notify us of any issues:

  • Within 3 business days of delivery, or
  • Within 1 business day of discovering an issue

All claims must be submitted no later than 7 calendar days from delivery.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joleena Home & Beauty shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of business or opportunity
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.


10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with:

  • UK GDPR
  • Data Protection Act 2018

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.


12. Order Acceptance & Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders prior to dispatch where necessary.

If a product is unavailable, we may:

  • Issue a refund
  • Offer store credit
  • Remove the item from the order

We will not substitute items without your consent.


13. Stock Availability

Stock levels are updated regularly but are not guaranteed until dispatch.

We are not liable for stock shortages occurring after an order is placed but before dispatch.


14. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct return shipping costs
  • Deduct original delivery charges
  • Charge redelivery fees

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deductions.


15. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where necessary, including for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of services
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour

We may cancel outstanding orders where accounts are suspended.


16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be published on our website with the updated date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
