Delivery Prices & Information
We operate on 1-2 working days for dispatch. During busier periods (Oct-Dec), dispatch times may increase to 3-4 working days. We always keep our dispatch times up to date on the website.
Shipping Update
All shipments that would normally go out with Yodel will be sent via Royal Mail instead. This change will stay in place until further notice.

UK MainlandOrders 0-2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Orders 2kg+ are sent via APC. Orders £50 & up (Free) Delivery via Royal Mail can take 2-5 working days after dispatch. Orders sent via APC are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day.

Northern IrelandOrders 100g-2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Orders 2kg+ are sent via DPD. Orders £50 & up (Free) Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.

Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands
Orders 0-2kg for the Scottish Highlands will be sent via Royal Mail, and 2kg+ with APC. Channel Islands will be sent via DHL. The following postcodes fall into the Scottish Highlands and Isles: AB37-AB38, AB41-AB56, FK17-FK21 , HS, IM, IV1 - IV56, KA27 & KA28, KW, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PA80 - PA88, PH17 - PH44, PH49 & PH50,PO30 - PO41, TR(21-25), ZE. |

Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods (Pure Essential oils, Blends, Essential oil Mists, Room Sprays, Organic essential oils or products which contain alcohol, such as Aroma Mists or Perfumes). We can confirm that we can Ship Dangerous Goods by road ONLY.
BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES
We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK
PACKAGING
All packages are packed in unmarked packaging with no mention of Joleena Home & Beauty unless this is one of our own brand products, manufactured or imported by ourselves. Bathroom products such as soaps and bath bombs come with the ingredients list.
